I am highly impressed by this brand. I had my sister's wedding in December 2019 and I wasn't in the country for the shopping and decided to shop online. I checked few multi designer brands and ordered my main day's garment from Ogaan's online store since I've shopped a number of times from their stores in Delhi. The client servicing team was extremely efficient even when I would contact then at odd indian times. They helped me decide on my lehenga and helped me pick my right size too and promised me quick alterations if the outfit required anything last minute alterations. I was too scared since I was coming 3 days before the wedding functions were starting. They delivered my outfit two days before I landed in the country and it fit me absolutely well. But me being a last minute shopper, I didn't decide on my jewellery earlier and contacted the client servicing team at Ogaan.com again and they arranged for jewellery as well for me and it was delivered to me the very next day. I couldn't have been happier with this smooth shopping experience. I was probably the first sister of the bride who didn't worry about her outfits and just left it blindly at Ogaan and I'm very very satisfied.
