1 year agoVery worst customer support. I ordered through WhatsApp and I was told that they will notify me on my order transit. Daily asking them to update me with the order, even after 20 days there's no update. I have made WhatsApp message and also calls to customer care but no one responses, instead they just give me another number to contact and ask about order. I even have mailed them with my issue, even here there's no reply. Very much irritated with this kind of customer service. They neither want to update for the order nor cancel, but want to keep the amount with them. Never ever faced this kind of service.
