Gosh!. How I wish I would have seen the reviews before placing order. I placed an order for there so called divine rudraksh rakhi along with additional added mickey Rakhi for my nephew. They did not add the mickey rakhi at all and there so called divine rudraksh rakhi was Loose Green thread with 3 loose beads . Is it what u call rakhi worth 699 rs.? Do you expect brother to assemble your thread and loose beads? Mind it, they were beads not RUDRAKSH. And what is it about loose threads and loose beads? I was so embarrassed to know my brother has received such rakhi and my nephew didn't get any rakhi from me this year. Totally spoilt Rakhi for us. And when I made complaint via there customer care email process, its been 4 days but no one has even bothered to look in to it. I need my refund for the rakhi which has never been dispatched. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PORTAL PLEASE. And the customer care number is FAKE. No one ever receives calls on that number.
