I ordered a blouse and pant saree from Rustorange and what I received was two blouses instead. When I informed them about it, they made me pay for the return whereas it wasn't even my fault. Then when I received the pant saree it was not in my size. After informing them about it all they told me was that they do not have an exchange policy, yet they exchanged my blouse for the first time round. The first exchange was not a fault of mine. So much for their customer service. I will never order from them again. It is a fraud company out to cheat people. Even after reading so many negative reviews I still wanted to give them a chance but I faced this first hand.
