I'm Alex George. Helpingindia.com is basically a fraud site. I've ordered from them several times. After placing each order and making the payment, they will sent the product only if we manually call and ask them (that too several times telling our order number and payment date). Once I had placed an order of Power supply.(Order No. 15791, dated 22-April-2021) My requirement was a 0 to 30 volt DC powersupply. Infact there was no description only model number was written in their site. I got a 0 to 15 Volt DC power supply. When I conveyed it, he asked me to return it by normal courrier and I returned it. After this, he told me he can sent another powersupply rating 0-30 volt, and he will not return the amount. But the rate he asked me to pay was very high compared to that in all other online sites. So I asked for other option. He then told me you can select any other item from the site for the previous amount. As told by him, I selected some pendrives and a LAN cable crimping tool for the same amount. (Order No. 16212, dated 31-July-2021) Anyway after making the order he never took my phone or responded to my whatsapp message. The amount I paid was gone !
