Terrible terrible terrible experience. I would've rated this website 0 if I had an option. I chose a product seeing the 24 hour delivery option, however got a very cheap product on the sixth day and it had nothing to do with what I ordered.. totally different stuff, colour, design, and it was hardly worth 400 rupees against the bill of 839. When I email them about my concern they come back saying i have to courier the product spending money from my pocket giving them another chance to send the right product. There is no other way to communicate to them other than emails and the phone number available online which is never attended. In spite of mentioning several times that I can't pay for their mistake or waste more time on this I still get an email explaining their company policy where the customer has to take the effort and pay more money for their mistake. Where on earth can you find such a ridiculous company policy? Please don't fall into this trap guys.. Please don't trust this website as they have absolutely no business values in items of serving own customers...
