I recently had a very dispointing experience with Khelmart. I ordered a cricket bat from their website, and not only did it take much longer than promised to arrive, but When it did, the quality was far below expectations. The bat had visible defects, and it seemed like it had been poorly stored or mishandled before shipping. When I tried to contact their customer service for a refund or replacement, I was met with slow responses and unhelpful representatives. It took weeks of back-and-forth emails just to get a partial refund, and even then, I had to pay for return shipping myself. Overall, I would not recommend khelmart based on my experience.
