4 years agoWrong estimation of distance provided in the invoice.. ; If the vehicle cannot reach Munnar without permit and it requires a distance of 650 kms instead of 510 then it should have been specified in your estimate. ; Poor Customer service - the driver did not relate himself to Bookcab and said he was independent operator and people at Bookcab donot know ground realities of trips ; No resolution provided by helpdesk ; Manager not available for discussion ; No response on 3 emails sent ; This experience is extremely frustrating and spoilt entire holiday plan. I had to come back home with family and cancel my hotel booking ; Now they are not refunding the advance of INR 2650 and have forfeited as cancellation charges.. this is daylight loot ;
