5 years agoDo not buy cakes from IndiaCakes We ordered a cake with no delivery charges, they called saying there was system error and we need to pay the delivery charges or cancel the order. We declined to pay extra charges and cancelled the order, after an hour we got the mail that they processing the order without informing us. We tried a lot to convince them to cancel the order but they didn't agree. We already ordered cake from different place, at the end we end paying for 2 cakes. If there would be a negative rating I would have chosen that, pathetic customer service.
