The experience was pathetic. The customer support numbers mentioned on their website aren't always responsive. They say they will call back but they don't. In terms of product quality also, our experience was not good. We ordered a custom poker set (300 chips, premium gift box). The chips are extremely light and small in size. In case you genuinely like playing poker and are not looking at the chipset as once in a year kind of usage, please don't order this set. There are much better chipsets available online that feel premium and look premium. Obviously good custom printing is costly but in the name of custom, nutcase will give you plastic chips and the UV printing they claim to be perfect is not at all upto the mark. We also faced issues with shipping and delivery. We ordered the product well on time but the nutcase team, apparently, had some quality check issue at their end in the 11th hour. So they had to delay the shipment and now they were not willing to bear the shipment cost as we wanted it as soon as possible. They just said we are sorry but we can only do our standard shipping and if you want your order any earlier then you can wefast at your own cost (I live in Mumbai).
