Ordering online was a hassle in itself - I was recommended this site for high end fashion.It is everything but this. My clothes arrived in a plastic bag. Two were the wrong size and another too had NO sizes stitched to them. Customer service was a terrible experience , after admitting it was their mistake the rep then proceeded to tell me how it wasn't their policy to refund customers unless there was an error in the order ( which there was!! the sizes were wrong!). I ordered from this site expecting a slick and professional service with goods to match and was prepared to pay a premium for it .Sadly the company puts sales at the forefront of good customer service and getting a refund is like pulling teeth out.Would not recommend as it's such a hassle.
