4 years agoReally had a terrible experience .I had ordered for a butterscotch cake which looked very attractive with all of the chocolate decorations on top but what I received was just a normal vanilla sponge cake with few caramel balls . completely plain on top.when contacted their customer care, they asked to wait for 24hrs while the birthday was today.and the justification given was that each time chef would be different so cake may vary.Again on contacting they very speaking very rudely and disconnected the call. Really unhappy with their service and mode of customer support. Will never recommend any of my friends
