Angry customer service, hands down. So I have used 2 websites recently to buy cricket bats. Sportsuncle and one other I will not name as I am not endorsing anyone. I bought a BDM Cricket Bat Rs.16,000 from sportsuncle and a Rs.7000 from this other website that is equally large and has the same range of bats. 1. Sportsuncle refused to provide pictures of the bat while the other website did, that too couple different for me to pick from. 2. I ended up returning the Rs. 7000 bat vs. asking Sportsuncle who was very rude 3. Sportsuncle also ships bats with red wood and knots, while they claim on their websites that they do not. So stay away from this website.
