2 years agoI bought a ThinkPad from them on Amazon. Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to an SSD and opened the laptop. What I found will shock you! They sent a different model claiming it was better. From the get go, it was clear this had been repaired in a hurry. The wifi/ble adapter wasn't working (unless I was within 3 feet of the router), the TouchPad was not working properly (the right side couldn't be pressed and the mouse was jumping around). They sent a repairman (after 10 days of follow ups), and he Refused to open the laptop. He gave me a wifi dongle and said that the keypad was something he couldn't fix and I should expect that in a refurbished product, there would always be issues. We'll, when I opened the laptop and removed the hard disk, I found the drive was over 5 YEARS OLD! Not just that, the housing is broken and is held together with TAPE! That's not where it ends. Since customer service has been absolute CRAP, I managed to get a hold of the CEO's number and called him. He said to use the 'normal channels' and when I said they're not working, his response was, literally, "WE ARE A 100 CRORE COMPANY". It's absolutely clear that the problem isn't customer service, it's management's attitude. Needless to say, you should NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS
