This is one of my many reviews online about this seller. After I gave a negative review two years back, the owner reached out to me via SMS asking me to remove the negative review as they were going for the next round of funding (amazing way to fool the investors). I was not willing to remove the review but he was extremely rude while asking me and I just wanted to end the conversation as he was also irritating. On the top of that he sent me a free perfume as 'bribe' even after I asked him not to which is highly unethical. I placed an order in July and after not getting updates on the status, I enquired. Since then I am getting emails from them with a delivery date that changes every week. Interesting to note that they have a standard template where they are just changing the dates. I am glad the perfume I ordered was not costly. I asked them to cancel the order twice but they are ignoring those emails. Sad part of all this is that their products are genuine but the customer service is one of the worst I have seen. The owner is taking the customers for granted. He is super active on social media but seems to have no time to look into the customer service. He has been able to get many Indian brands on his platform which are getting impacted due to his poor service. The best way to get this guy look into the poor service is to reach out to those brands and let them know why we are unable to purchase and use their products. I hope at least one or two of them will realize and stop using this platform the sell their products. This seller cannot be trusted so look for other options (there are many).
