I bought kurtas for the first time and had a size issue so returned it and immediately received wallet credit which was good. But when I ordered kurtas for the second time ans had same issue but still I'm not getting any wallet credit though I'm receiving mails about credit but the effect isnnot showing in my account. I'm not receiving satisfactory reaponses as well. On top of it they don't have contact number. Very disgusting.. Pathetic.. I would definitely post bad experience on social media so that other's can know about it. I won't really recommend to my circle as well. Very bad.. Pathetic... Unsatisfactory... Very poor customer support... Also the website is very badly managed...
