4 months agoI remember the time from 2018 when saba Ji herself used to talk to the customers. She used to be very quick and polite. A gem of a person. However when the Fashion Station explanded their operations and hired more team the new team was not as personal and caring as Saba Ji was. That is understood as there is difference in employee and onwer. But the things started to become more bad after covid as there operations were impacted. But now after introduction of Nitu and Sujata Ji there has been lot of improvement. Ramiz is there to help but Nitu goes extra for make the customers more comfortable. I will suggest the Fashion Station team should concentrate on lesser Brands. They should focus more on quality of service.
