Worst experience ever. am hugely disappointed with the kind of service that Floristexpress is offering. My order was supposed to reach today by 8PM and there has absolutely been no trace of where the order is. I have submitted my query already but as expected there is no response. The number given on the website does not exist and there is no way to communicate with the team to know the status. The online version says "preparation in progress" but how can the order stay at preparation when it was supposed to be delivered by 8PM today. I am extremely pissed at the quality of this service and would definitely let other customers know about and would never recommend this place in future.
