Despite repeated attempts to contact your customer service, I have not received any update about my order status or a refund. Emails remain unanswered, and your customer care number is perpetually busy. This delay and lack of communication amount to a clear breach of consumer trust and negligence under The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which ensures timely service and resolution. As per Section 2(6) of the Act, your actions constitute an "unfair trade practice" by failing to deliver the promised service or refund the amount. If I do not receive an immediate response and resolution within 5 business days, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter through: Filing a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). Lodging a formal case with the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. Sharing this experience across social media platforms and consumer forums to warn others about your unprofessional conduct.
