I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Chemistry India. I placed an order, but despite the website showing it as delivered, I never received it. I have tried calling, emailing, and reaching out multiple times, but their customer service is completely unresponsive! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a company cannot handle customer complaints or respond to queries, they should not be in business. I have paid for a product I never received, and now I am being ignored. If I don’t receive a proper response soon, I will be filing a consumer complaint and reporting this issue publicly on social media and complaint forums. I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from Chemistry India, as their lack of responsibility and customer service is shocking. I demand an immediate resolution—either deliver my order or refund my money!
