This is extremely wrong. You guys have cheat. I ordered 4 bras from shyaway. I got two panties as a gift. I applied for refund of two bras. When the delivery guy came i return my two bras along with one panty. It's been more than a week now I haven't received my refund. Talking with shyaway support , they are saying we will deduct 100 Rs from the refund as we have just received two bras and not panty. You guys are fraud. I don't know if delivery guy as misplaced the free panty or this is just some of your technique to loot people this way. And FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION, IF A CUSTOMER REQUEST YOU TO REFUND US IN BANK ACCOUNT YOU CANNOT DENY IT NOR YOU CAN DEDUCT ANY AMOUNT. STOP LOOTING PEOPLE. Please be careful while Returning the product. Take picture/video of what you are returning. They cheat customers. The delivery guy must have misplaced the free product or this is just their technique of cheating with people.
