6 years agoRecently, I made a purchase of the Spice4Sound pink wireless Bluetooth speaker and was really glad to find a quality speaker at this price.Because previously I have been hunting such a speaker elsewhere but to my chagrin, I found these at much higher price than for what I ordered from spicestyle. Guys, here comes an absolute deal breaker to this excitement. As the speaker that arrived at my residence in nicely wrapped up different intended to protect it from wear and tear and for keeping it as new. All these steps were followed to give a good feeling to the customer such as me. As soon as started playing music on it I found the sound was good but there was something which was abruptly hit on good nodes of music and then after some time I figured out it was a faulty speaker. This has really made me upset and spicestyle being a player in the ecom industry might not entertain to replace the item for such irregularity. So, to end my fears I made to spicestyle customer care and raised a ticket for the same. Though, the executive treated me nicely on the phone listening completely of my issues and on the same moment providing me real-time updates regarding the resolution of the issue. As promised, it was collected back by the executive from my residence and soon after that, I received an SMS regarding the item collection from my home. And., then a good news after 4-5 days another executive came to my doorstep and knocked on my door only to give feelings of surprize and happiness. As it was the package from spicestyle. I opened the package as quickly as I could so that I could agree with the reality Ive been given perfectly operational speaker. And yes! This time everything turned out to be better for me. The package earlier than expected and the speaker was again in its pristine state and its sound was really up to mark on which I had hoped this speaker would deliver. So, I want to say am happy to be spicestyle another satisfied customer. Spicestyle, you made me feel really nice for the decision to be your another customer, I n fact more customers too. Because after hearing my episode my friends have established complete faith in spicestyle and since then we dont think about a placing an order at spicestyle. These guys really care about our any issue(s).Thumbs up to the spicestyle!
