2 years agothe tone of the customer care changes the moment order is placed. They do not honour the timeline they promised. The promise to ship the product before diwali was a joke. They promised very sweetly to ship the product the same day so that it reaches in 5 days, but once the payment was done, no one bothered. I received the product in2 shippments late.. There was no reason for festive wear post the festival, i tried to pace a exchange for daily wear instead and the tone of the emails have changed. Just order from myntra. It is much easy.
