6 years agoOver the recent past few months, I have ordered some items from Spicestyle and got them as door-delivery without any problems that I can recall. In the last week, I have contacted its customer service twice. That was once for a billing issue and another time for a shipping issue. The shipping issue really wasn't their problem, but both times they were really nice and provided me with a very satisfactory final resolution. I rarely call customer service for an issue, but when I do, I feel tense. If I ever do have to contact spicestyle again, I know it won't be a bad experience, and it only promotes and inspires any second thoughts about doing shopping. Thanx Spicestyle.
