The website and its services are fraudulent. I placed order number 2404113850 on May 6th for an INR 800 cake delivery on Mother's Day, May 12th, 2024. I made the order six days in advance to allow ample time for confirmation of delivery feasibility. Despite multiple assurances, the website failed to deliver on their promise. On May 12th, they demanded an additional INR 400 for delivery, which was never communicated earlier. Furthermore, attempts to contact them via email (10 emails sent), phone (phone number provided turned out to be fake), and chat have been fruitless, as they have not responded to any communication attempts. This behavior indicates fraudulent activity on the part of the website, and I wish to report this as a cybercrime. I want refund of my order that never delivered.
