3 months agoI will be writing a long and genuine feedback. I have been associated with the Fashion Station from past 10 years since they were operating from another office. At the start their service was excellent. But now I can see slow responses from customer service to even simple Questions. I understand that these Collections do get delayed even on other websites. Its not to do only with the Fashion Station but real problem comes when u dont get a response even after writing 1000 messages. I do feel that the Fashion Station should increase their staff if that is less. They should also improve waiting time of the calls and should be very quick on emails as well at this day and age. If you remove this part Fashion Station has improved a lot if u talk about positive aspects then for some brands their Shipping time has dcreased. Their website Interface has improved. I wish them all the best. I am their well wisher and hope they will take my feedback and suggestions very seriously.
