I’ve been shopping with Ogaan for over 6 years now. I’ve bought so many dresses and shoes amounting to many lakhs of rupees spent. However, my recent experiences have been quite the nightmare. I got my order 2 months later and now it’s been a whole month since they said they would refund the money and they still haven’t. Apart from that they want to charge a 100 rupee restocking fee for each item (which is not a custom order) and which came 2 months late. And then I spoke to someone at customer service and they said don’t worry we’ll refund everything including shipping charges. And so I shipped the items back and now they say they won’t refund the shipping. Either which way I should’ve received the undisputed amount a month ago according to the customer service but still haven’t. I’ve spoken to over 10 people in ogaan including managers who claim they can’t do anything. Now they’ve lost lakhs of business from a loyal customer because of 200 rupees. Great job Ogaan!
