Pathetic! I ordered for XL size long skirt and paid the amount online in label suit website. They dispatched "L" size instead. I emailed them and asked them to dispatch XL as per my order which they have done mistake by dispatching "L" size item. They never acknowledged their mistake and asked me to couriered back the product telling that the amount that I paid will be returned in terms of points to my account and not return of cash!! This order was placed on 22nd June. It has been 13 days since I courier back their incorrect item that they sent and till now they have neither refunded the amout that I paid nor they have given back the points into my account. They are looting money.. Not trustworthy Online website..
