When the customer enters to buy a product the brand representatives receive well bt after delivery if the customer have any issue the manager is answering in a very rash n rude manner and not even will to rectify the problem in a polite way...the manager of the store is yelling at the customer and even scolding weekoff staff for giving assurance and guaranteed change if any issue arises...they haven't even booked demo for the prestige item and when asked by going to the showroom they said u r not supposed to bring the product here and asking to call the showroom number instead of the representative who sold the product...worst experience with the manager
