1 year agoI ordered flowers for my mom's birthday couple of days before so that there will be enough time for delivery. I got the email confirmation as well . But on the day of delivery, till noon there was no info.. so wen I called them, the call was not picked .. after multiple unsuccessful tries , I wrote an email and then these useless ppl replied stating the location is not ooty and will not deliver. Firstly it's my birth town and it is ooty. And secondly there may be issues not to deliver.. I understand that but as a good customer serving organization, they should have informed prior so that we ll do other arrangements.. they informed only after I inquired .. then due to less time , I had to spend double the money to order flowers.. then they sent an email mentioning they are issuing a credit note which is valid to order for one year.. after this ugly experience why am I gonna order I'm this site. So I asked the money to be refunded and still no reply .. its been 5 days now. I have sent multiple reminders and whatsapp messages.. all no use .. hence please don't waste your money on this cheaters
