I bought an iphone charging cable which they said will be delivered in 2 hours of purchase. Its 7th day today yet not delivered. its tough to speak with support, with multiple tries I got to speak with them twice, 1st 4 days back 2nd yesterday, both the time they said they will check and get back to me, none got back to me. 1st one said there was address issue, (I have given full address in my profile) Hence invoice not generated, they have my mobile number as well, they didn't call me to confirm my address. they said as the address is confirmed now i will generate invoice and it will reach today. I said don't send too late or send tomorrow. 2nd time, they said the cable was not in stock still i will check and update you. no one got back to me. pathetick.
