I used their service for the first time to make an online order. I placed an order on the 16 of June for Father's Day from Overseas and I confirmed that they can deliver the order to my place, and I made payment online. I got the information via email for orders placed and payment as well and after some time I got another email that my delivery location is far away so I need to pay extra for that and I paid around 1900rupees in total and I choose a delivery mode from between 3 pm to 4 pm and I tried calling them around 5 pm and their number was not working and I sent them an email as well but did not get any response for that till now. After that, I tried to contact them via online chat and I asked about my order and they said it will be delivered before 7 pm and my family members waited for them till 10 pm and after that, we all get very disappointed. it is a very cheap site for online orders, and I also think it is a scam or fake because they are not responding to calls emails, and even online chat as well. I got disappointed yesterday on Father's Day the first time I chose this site, and they did not even deliver anything. I wanted to give them a rating in negative if there would be any and I would like to give them negative hundred stars for their big scam. So people can be aware of this cheap site, they are just eating money from overseas people as of my friends said that they do not deliver the orders but just asking for extra money I paid around 300 rupees for the delivery of my gift. Overall I want to say they are fake and big scammers.
