Probably this is a good site to purchase items if you have plenty of time in hand. You purchase and forget, then may be after 1 month suddenly a person comes to your house and give you some Adidas items. This may feel like a surprise gift from Adidas, because by that time you have had forgotten that you actually purchased from them online. Better go to your local store and buy any item after trying them on. I had a bitter experience recently, I ordered on 13th July after thoroughly checking the expected delivery date, it was mere 4–5 days - location : Jadavpur, Kolkata - also a standard for all online e-commerce websites. Also it was written that for Covid, it may get a little delayed. Now, I got a mail from Adidas that my order was confirmed - received on 14th July. Then on 15th July, I saw in their portal that my order status was set back to the verification stage from a confirmed one. I sent a mail to them also called them, asking that if they are unable to deliver before 22nd July, then to cancel the order and refund my money as I have to travel on 22nd, they replied that the order will be flawlessly delivered to me by 21st July. There will be no problem in dispatching and delivering the order on or before 21st July. On 21st July as I did not receive the order, I checked my account and order status again. The order status is now confirmed and Ready For Dispatch. No courier partner is set as it is not yet dispatched. I called them again, they said that they don’t know when it will be dispatched, but after few days when it get dispatched, I will receive the products after 5 days. So, it is not assured WHEN I will be receiving the order, and the catch is this, I will travel on 22nd and will return back may be after 4–5 months. I ordered because I needed those items before I travel. Even after multiple mails and calls I made to Adidas, they only assured that I will receive the products within 21st July so that I don’t cancel my order. Now, they are not even cancelling the order. They will send the product to an address where I will not be staying after 22nd July. I really loved Adidas products, I am using Climacool tees for years, bought one Climalite tee and running shoes from Adidas recently, but all of them I bought from the local Adidas store. It was the first experience with online adidas shop and the experience has been very very bad. Now I am not sure what they are going to do with this order or even when I will get my money back / if I get anything - product or money or both gone? I sent them another option for Dispatching the package to a new address, but they are not responding anyway. So, I am in a very bad situation. Pathetic experience.
