Dont ever go with these guys. Though we understand COVID situation, even after lockdown lifted, still my order is not processed even after 2 weeks of time. The bad thing is no response for the emails (so many follow ups), and there is useless phone number, it never works. I believe it could be a fake company, lethargic people. Read this clause carefully: "Once order is confirmed, no cancellation will be entertained." So clever they are, once you place order it is confirmed only. you will never get your item or money back. All of the above the minimum expectation is response for the email which can be done anywhere in the world and any time, no excuses for COVID situation. Go for Robu.in, Robo elements, Evelta, electroncomponents.com etc. they are really good, and responsive. I would give 5 star to Robu.in shipments done every time in the same day even in tough COVID time.
